He is a passionate Accountant and has an eye for detail which is core to our ability to deliver outstanding services to small businesses. Thomas is a business owner himself and has started up, grown and acquired another company, so he knows what it takes to turn a business idea into reality. Thomas leads our Business Surgery with clients so they can maximise their potential for the future.

Marcelina manages our client base and oversees the delivery of our services. Marcelina ensures client requests are effectively managed in line with demand. Marcelina also provides technical support to clients in line with their service agreement. Marcelina is a Quickbooks and Xero Pro and can support your ad-hoc technical issues. Luzia looks after the day to day bookkeeping activities and ensures all our daily tasks are completed on time every day! Luzia has managed bookkeeping for us for 3 years and has great client understanding at the operational level. Luzia is a Xero and Quickbooks Pro and provides valuable client insight for our Business Surgery meetings.
