Thomas is a business owner himself and has started up, grown and acquired another company, so he knows what it takes to turn a business idea into reality. Thomas leads our Business Surgery with clients so they can maximise their potential for the future.

Milica has been at Blake Accounting for nearly two years. With over a decade of experience, she is a seasoned finance professional whose roles have ranged from credit control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable to finance management. Milica is highly proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage 50 accounts. She also acts as a mentor and coach to our remote team, focusing on process improvement and efficiency enhancement. She holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Financial Management, complemented by professional qualifications in communications and business administration.
